Pink Friday 2009 is set to be a great event! This year, as in the two previous years, we will be partnering with leading retailers across the continent to bring you incredible Pink Friday deals – and a charity fundraiser that benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Sure, TigerDirect, CompUSA and CircuitCity websites will all turn “pink” in observation of Pink Friday on November 27, 2009. Plus, there will be a twelve (12) hour webcast with deals at 50% off (or more) their regular price – with all proceeds going to Komen for the Cure.

The Pink Friday 2009 planning has begun, and last week we attended the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Partner Summit in Dallas, Texas to talk about the last two years success of Pink Friday in the Systemax family, and how we are expanding the scope of Pink Friday considerably in 2009.

Below are a few photos from the event, including one of Nancy Brinker (the Founder of Susan G. Komen for the Cure) who found out during our Dallas trip that she would be receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom for her efforts in helping bring an end to breast cancer.
